Click your profile icon in the navigation, then enter your birth date, time, and location. This information is used for astrology, numerology, and other birth-based readings. Your birth profile is stored securely and privately.
Yes! The free tier includes 3 AI interpretations and 5 readings per day. You can explore most of our divination tools and calculation features without paying. Upgrade to Plus or Pro for unlimited access and advanced features.
The Mystic is our Pro-tier AI guide—a personalized chat assistant that knows your birth chart, planetary transits, and mystical profile. It can answer questions, provide guidance, and help you explore your readings in depth. Pro users get 2 Mystic replies per day.
Our calculations use authentic algorithms: Swiss Ephemeris for astrology (the gold standard used by professional astrologers), traditional methods for divination systems, and established numerology calculations. The AI interpretation adds context and meaning, but the underlying data is mathematically precise.
We use Google's Gemini AI, trained to interpret mystical results through the lens of esoteric wisdom, traditional symbolism, and archetypal understanding. The AI doesn't create readings—it translates authentic calculation results into meaningful insights.
Yes! Divination services (Tarot, Runes, I Ching, Oracle cards, etc.) don't require birth data. You can explore these tools freely. Birth data is only needed for astrology, numerology, human design, and other birth-based systems.
Visit the Pricing page and select Plus or Pro. After signing in, you'll be redirected to Stripe checkout. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Contact us at support@mystiq.world and we'll process your deletion request within 48 hours. All your data, including birth profile and reading history, will be permanently removed.

No. We never sell or share your personal data. Third-party services (Google for Firebase/AI, Stripe for payments, Sentry for error tracking) only receive minimal data needed for their specific functions, under strict privacy agreements.
