Terms of Service

By accessing or using MystiQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

MystiQ is a mystical intelligence platform providing 30+ calculation services (astrology, tarot, numerology, human design, divination, and more) with AI-powered interpretations. We use authentic algorithms (Swiss Ephemeris for astrology, traditional methods for divination) and Google's Gemini AI to interpret results.

To use certain features, you must create an account via Firebase Authentication (email or Google Sign-In). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate birth data (for astrology/numerology readings)
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

MystiQ has a free plan and paid subscriptions. What each plan includes, and its current price, are shown on the Pricing page. The price shown at checkout, in the currency shown there, is the total you pay: we add no fees or taxes on top of it. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own fees, for example for currency conversion.

Subscriptions bought on our website are paid through Razorpay, in Indian rupees. Subscriptions bought in our Android app are paid through Google Play and are also governed by Google Play's terms. We never receive your full card number, UPI ID or bank account details.

If we change the price of a plan, the new price applies to new subscriptions on our website. A website subscription you already have keeps the price you subscribed at.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, and each renewal is charged to the payment method you subscribed with, until you cancel.

• Bought on our website: cancel any time from your Subscription page. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Bought in our Android app: cancel in Google Play. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

A cancelled subscription paid through Razorpay cannot be restarted; to continue, subscribe again once it has ended.

When we offer a free trial, it is for your first paid subscription only, on any store, and it may be limited to certain payment methods. Checkout shows when a trial applies. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is taken when the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the trial ends.

If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may try again for a few days. Your access ends at the end of the period you have paid for; we do not currently extend it while a payment is being retried. If we introduce such a grace period, it will apply only while a renewal payment is still being collected, and never after you cancel. Google Play applies its own rules to subscriptions bought there.

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse, abuse, or exploit the Service for illegal purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to circumvent rate limits
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or calculation algorithms
• Share or resell readings obtained from MystiQ without permission
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

MystiQ owns all rights to the platform, including software, algorithms, design, branding, and AI interpretations. You retain ownership of your personal data (birth profile, reading history), which you may export or delete at any time.

MystiQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of readings or interpretations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MystiQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account cancels any subscription bought on our website straight away, and the rest of its billing period is not refunded. A subscription bought through Google Play is not cancelled by deleting your account: cancel it in Google Play.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of MystiQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
