Terms of Service

By accessing or using MystiQ (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

MystiQ is a mystical intelligence platform providing 30+ calculation services (astrology, tarot, numerology, human design, divination, and more) with AI-powered interpretations. We use authentic algorithms (Swiss Ephemeris for astrology, traditional methods for divination) and Google's Gemini AI to interpret results.

To use certain features, you must create an account via Firebase Authentication (email or Google Sign-In). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate birth data (for astrology/numerology readings)
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

MystiQ offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 AI interpretations/day, 5 readings/day
• Plus ($9.99/month or $99/year): 25 AI interpretations/day, 100 readings/day, ad-free, 7-day free trial
• Pro ($19.99/month or $199/year): Unlimited interpretations and readings, The Mystic AI chat (2 replies/day), ad-free, exclusive features, 7-day free trial

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse, abuse, or exploit the Service for illegal purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to circumvent rate limits
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI or calculation algorithms
• Share or resell readings obtained from MystiQ without permission
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

MystiQ owns all rights to the platform, including software, algorithms, design, branding, and AI interpretations. You retain ownership of your personal data (birth profile, reading history), which you may export or delete at any time.

MystiQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of readings or interpretations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MystiQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@mystiq.world.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of MystiQ after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
