Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers MystiQ subscriptions. For an order from the MystiQ Shop, see the order on your Orders page or contact us.

• Bought on our website: open your Subscription page and choose Cancel.
• Bought in our Android app: cancel in Google Play subscriptions.

You can cancel at any time, including during a free trial.

• Your subscription stops renewing, and you are not charged again.
• You keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for, or until your free trial ends.
• A cancelled subscription paid through Razorpay cannot be restarted; to continue, subscribe again once it has ended.

Because you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, we do not refund the unused part of a billing period. We do refund:

• a payment taken twice for the same billing period, if you were charged twice;
• a payment we took but could not apply to your account; and
• any payment the law requires us to refund.

For anything else, contact us and we will look at your request. You are not charged during a free trial, so there is nothing to refund for it.

A refund goes back to the payment method you paid with, through Razorpay. It usually reaches your account within a few working days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions bought in our Android app are billed by Google. Refunds for them follow Google Play's refund policy and are requested through Google Play.
